Career Coaching

Hate your job? Or struggling to find one? Unsure what you should do next?

Not sure what you are best suited for—or what your wisest career direction might be?
Career coaching should be more than just talk. More than just testing. It should help you identify the most promising direction given your skills, needs, and goals—and begin acting on it.

Career Coaching

You may be more capable than you think.
Are you:

  • Unhappy or bored in your job?
  • Seeking a promising first job?
  • Unemployed or underemployed—perhaps for years?
  • Stalled by indecision or low confidence?
  • Applying repeatedly without success?

What we can accomplish together?

  • Identify abilities and possibilities that may have been overlooked
  • Choose a promising, attainable career direction
  • Develop practical next steps
  • Create a focused, persuasive résumé
  • Strengthen your confidence and ability to follow through
A Targeted, Effective Résumé

A résumé is not a biography. Many résumés are accurate but ineffective.

A strong résumé is carefully targeted marketing—creating a compelling reason to interview the candidate. Once we have identified your direction, we can reshape your résumé to make it focused, persuasive, and aimed toward your goal.

My approach is different

Your history often contains clues to a better direction—possibilities that have never been recognized or valued.
I ask the right questions. Productive career counseling requires more than tests, worksheets, or generic encouragement.
I understand obstacles as well as opportunities. My clinical background helps me recognize how ADHD, anxiety, discouragement, avoidance, and low confidence can interfere with good decisions.
My prior work in marketing helps me identify and communicate what makes a person valuable.
I want you to make a strong decision and move forward—not remain in coaching indefinitely.
